Upon booking the property we do require a deposit of 25% total cost to guarantee the reservation. We cannot provisionally hold the property for you, and we cannot guarantee your booking until we have the deposit cleared in our account. Once your deposit has been paid we will send a confirmation, which will also confirm the outstanding balance and its due date.
We ask for full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to your stay with us. You are more than welcome to pay before this deadline, and we are also happy to take payment via installments from your booking the property with us and the final balance deadline.
