Using the Swim Spa and Hot Tub
Use of the swim spa and hot tub strictly according to the owner’s rules.
Cancelling your booking
Upon booking we require a deposit (25% of your total stay) which will fully guarantee your reservation with us. You will have up to 90 days before your arrival date to cancel free of charge, after which you will lose your deposit. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, and if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date the payment will be lost in full. Lost deposits and full payments can occasionally be transferred to another stay at the Owner’s discretion, where surrounding circumstances are taken into consideration.
Circumstances beyond the control of the owners
Except where otherwise expressly stated, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation, where the prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented due to force majeure circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the owner. For example, force majeure includes flood, fire, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage to the property (except negligence by the owner). No compensation or costs of any description will be payable in any such case by the owner. Only in appropriate cases will the owners refund all monies paid.
Complaints, comments or problems
We make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us, however, if you have any complaints, comments or problems please report them immediately to the owner.
Problems will be dealt with by the owner as quickly and efficiently as possible. If a problem continues, please ensure that you contact the owner again.
We are continuously improving our property. If you have any comments or suggestions that you think we ought to be aware of, we would appreciate to hear from you.
